Lee’s Grilled Cheese was founded on 10/10/2010 by friends Lee Perez & Keith Lee Weber. Our goal was to earn an honest day’s work while cooking something near and dear to our hearts. The Grilled Cheese Sandwich. Nothing compares to the warm, grilled, gooey goodness of a freshly made grilled cheese sandwich. Yet, it’s hard to find one at a restaurant, that doesn’t taste like it was made with flavorless plastic cheese.
